Sneezing when excited

Sneezes are another dog’s attempts at communication. 

They combine vocalization, body language, and, yes, even sneezes to communicate their needs. Some dogs may sneeze when they are excited or playful, as this helps them release energy. 

Besides, dogs often pick up on human cues and may incorporate behaviors they observe in their owners. 

If a dog notices that their owner reacts positively to their sneezing, it may learn to associate sneezing with attention and excitement, reinforcing the behavior.
