Sleeping in strange positions

There is nothing to worry about here; dogs are actually very flexible! 

Sleeping in positions that seem strange to us may just be a way the dog feels comfortable and relaxed. 

Besides, dogs may adjust their sleeping positions based on the temperature of their surroundings, or certain dogs just have specific sleeping habits!

If a particular position is comfortable and has been associated with restful sleep, a dog may continue to adopt that posture.
