14. Yogurt as a hair mask
Yogurt is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals, particularly calcium, which can provide deep conditioning and nourishment to your hair.
It can also help smooth the hair cuticle, making your hair appear shinier and more lustrous. Yogurt contains vitamins known to promote hair growth and improve hair health.
To use yogurt as a hair mask, it is important to choose plain, unsweetened yogurt. Greek yogurt is often preferred because of its thicker consistency.
When applying the mask, your hair should be slightly damp, and you can apply the yogurt from roots to ends. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes. You can even mix honey in it to improve the beneficial results.
Once it’s done, rinse it off your hair and wash it with your usual shampoo and conditioner.
