Aldi’s eggs surprisingly have received a lot of attention with many articles explaining why you shouldn’t buy them. 

It appears that the hens that lay Aldi’s eggs are raised in very small cages. 

However, Aldi has committed to selling only eggs laid by cage-free hens by 2025.
