The ‘Just do it’ slogan by Nike is the brand’s face, and just by hearing it, you already know where it belongs. More than that, the brand truly incentivizes an active lifestyle, and this phrase is a call to action.
The owner of this shirt, however, is saying ‘I just can’t!’ and is imposing that he truly knows himself and his limits and also is an admirer of the art of not doing anything, not getting out there and not going out of his comfort zone, contradicting the primary meaning created by Nike. I would love to chat with this guy; I feel like he has a very personal life philosophy I would like to know more about.
