If you have watched ‘Midsommar,’ you have learned that, even though they seem friendlier, aesthetically bright and colorful colors can also lead to traumatic situations. When I look at this DIY project, all I can think about is a horror movie.

With this crochet toilet cover, we can guess there is a good intention behind it. Whoever did this thought of brightening up the space, maybe even bringing a bit more comfort to the bathroom. However, cloth can easily absorb bacteria, and if it weren’t enough that this DIY project is already inside a bathroom, it is over the toilet seat.
When you flush a toilet, tiny water droplets fly around, carrying a lot of bacteria with them. Do you see where I am going? Yeah… Definitely a DIY fail.
