A SpongeBob cake that doesn’t look good

I mean, kudos to you for making a cartoon character-shaped cake; it surely seems to be tricky and takes a lot of work. But, hear me out. Are the things at the top of the cake SpongeBob’s hands or antennas? Because I don’t recall sea sponges having antennas.
Anyway, if I were the author of this cake, I would be telling everyone that I just created an impressionist, maybe a bit abstract, reinterpretation of SpongeBob, an intricate art project that you folks might not fully grasp. It’s just ahead of its time.
