Getting pet hair out from fabrics can be really annoying. 

There are many methods out there to try to detach the hairs effectively, but one that is both effective and cheap is using rubber gloves. 

Just wear them as usual and start scrubbing the seats from the inside out to get the hairs that are stuck on them out.
