A Disney sweetheart, Bridgit Mendler is an American actress, singer, and composer who gained significant visibility in both the acting and music industries.

Best known for her role as Teddy in the Disney sitcom Good Luck Charlie! (2010) and for her hit singles “Ready or Not” and “Hurricane,” Bridgit began studying Anthropology at the University of Southern California (USC) and graduated as an anthropologist in 2016.
In 2018, Mendler announced on her Twitter profile that she had started her master’s degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a focus on improving social media. In 2020, she completed her master’s degree at MIT and began her doctoral studies at the same institution.
Bridgit is currently conducting her doctoral research at the MIT Media Lab while also pursuing a law degree at Harvard Law School.
