Currently on display on The Maiden Voyage is the last luncheon menu, featuring the final meal that the first-class passengers enjoyed during their trip onboard the Titanic.

It’s a melancholic thought that people were going about their vacations and other activities when such a tragedy occurred. On the night of April 14, 1912, the Titanic’s first-class passengers dined on oysters, foie gras, salmon, and other lavish culinary dishes.
