2. Vanisha Mittal and Amit Bhatia – $60 million

Vanisha Mittal is the daughter of Lakshmi Mittal, an Indian businessman and one of the richest men in the world. In 2004, she married Amit Bhatia, a British-Indian businessman, at the 17th-century Chateau Vaux le Vicomte in France.

A wedding hosted for $60 million certainly includes some lavish activities. Prior to the wedding, the couple hosted an engagement party at the Palace of Versailles. 

The entertainment included a guided tour of the palace, a French Opera performance, and an hour-long show by Kylie Minogue for $330,000. 

The menu was prepared by Indian chefs flown in from India for the wedding, and the couple even included a special fireworks show for their guests at the Eiffel Tower.
