Canadian actor Victor Garber never hid his sexuality. He has been in a relationship with Rainer Andreesen for more than 20 years, but he confirmed that he is gay in 2013.

The actor, who has appeared in movies like ‘Titanic’ and ‘Argo’ and TV shows such as ‘Alias’ and ‘The Flash,’ says he doesn’t often discuss his sexuality, but that doesn’t mean he’s hiding it. 

LGBTQ+ individuals needing to come out to be seen as queer highlights the misconception that people are naturally straight, and that they change along the way, having to announce they’re something other than heterosexual.
