18. Body scrub with coffee grounds
Using a coffee ground body scrub once or twice a week can help maintain healthy and vibrant skin. The coarse texture of coffee grounds makes them excellent exfoliants, helping to remove dead skin cells, dirt, and impurities, leaving the skin smoother and softer.
Coffee also contains antioxidants, which have anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe and calm irritated or inflamed skin.
To use coffee as a body scrub, you have to allow the grounds to cool and dry after brewing coffee. Then, combine the coffee grounds with a carrier oil, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or sweet almond oil, to create a paste-like consistency and apply it to your skin during the shower, using gentle motions.
After the scrub, apply a moisturizer to keep your skin soft and smooth.
